Hi my name is Tuesday (Tues) and I am 51 years young. I have three amazing children and two precious grandkids. I also have my Phatt Family who motivate and inspire me everyday.

I have passed through life never really being able to maintain a healthy lifestyle or my weight. I joined my Phatt Family because they offered me the CRUCIAL support I needed to take control back of my health. I live all the self doubt and struggles you all do trying to control and educate myself to the life we deserve. I say to myself everyday “don’t let me get me” because that was my pattern.

I am fortunate enough to invest my time and love into this program full time and my greatest wish is to pay it forward and teach, nurture and help everyone I can turn the corner we call life for the better.
